Welcome to Evermore Journeys™.
Evermore Journeys™ is a patented remembrance and legacy experience that combines physical Memory Markers™ with a private interactive Journey Map™ to help families and friends honour a loved one, celebrate a life still being lived, or remember a beloved pet through meaningful places, memories, and shared stories.
The Evermore Journeys™ system is protected by U.S. Utility Patent No. US 12,488,209 B2, issued December 2, 2025. A corresponding Canadian patent application is currently under examination.
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Evermore Journeys™ products, services, website, and digital platform. By placing an order, creating an account, joining a Journey, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Journey means the remembrance or legacy experience created through Evermore Journeys.
Journey Owner means the person who purchases or administers a Journey.
Participant means a person invited by the Journey Owner to contribute memories.
Memory Marker™ means the physical keepsake associated with a Journey.
Journey Map™ means the private interactive map displaying Memory Marker locations.
Journey Page™ means the private webpage associated with a Journey.
Journey Expansion™ means the continued growth of a Journey through additional Memory Markers or subscription services.
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or otherwise legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
You agree that:
Orders are accepted subject to availability.
Production begins only after:
Prices are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Evermore Journeys™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where fraud, pricing errors, or other exceptional circumstances are identified.
For custom orders, Evermore Journeys™ will provide a digital proof before production begins.
You are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, images, and design details carefully.
Approval of the proof as well as payment, authorizes Evermore Journeys™ to begin production.
Changes requested after production begins will not be possible due the custom nature of this product.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, material availability, payment, and shipping schedules.
You may submit fingerprints, photographs, signatures, initials, names, emblems, artwork, or other approved material ("Customer Content") for personalization.
By submitting Customer Content, you confirm that:
Evermore Journeys™ does not independently verify ownership of Customer Content and relies on the representations made by you.
Evermore Journeys™ may refuse any content that is unlawful, offensive, or appears to infringe another person's rights.
You agree to indemnify Evermore Journeys™ against claims arising from Customer Content that you submit.
The Journey Owner controls:
Participants may contribute only within the permissions granted by the Journey Owner.
Evermore Journeys™ is not responsible for disputes between Journey Owners and Participants.
Evermore Journeys™ offers:
Unless otherwise stated, these Terms apply equally to all Journey types.
Memory Markers™ should be placed respectfully, safely, and lawfully.
You are responsible for obtaining permission before placing a Memory Marker on private property or where authorization is required.
Do not place Memory Markers where they may:
Memory Markers are biodegradable and will naturally weather over time.
Evermore Journeys™ is not responsible for Memory Markers that deteriorate naturally or are removed by property owners, municipalities, weather, or other third parties.
Evermore Journeys™ collects only the information reasonably necessary to provide its products and services, including:
Payment information is processed by trusted third-party payment providers and is not intentionally stored by Evermore Journeys™.
You may request updates to your personal information or the deletion of your account, subject to legal, operational, and backup requirements.
While Evermore Journeys™ uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You retain ownership of the Customer Content that you upload to Evermore Journeys™.
By uploading Customer Content, you grant Evermore Journeys™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, back up, display, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Evermore Journeys™ service.
This licence ends when your Customer Content is permanently deleted, except where retention is reasonably required for legal, security, backup, or operational purposes.
Evermore Journeys™ may remove Customer Content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of another person, or violates these Terms.
The Evermore Journeys™ system incorporates proprietary technology, software, branding, products, and processes.
The Evermore Journeys™ system is protected by U.S. Utility Patent No. US 12,488,209 B2, issued December 2, 2025. A corresponding Canadian patent application is currently under examination.
Evermore Journeys™, Memory Marker™, Journey Map™, Journey Page™, Journey Expansion™, Memorial Journey™, Your Life Journey™, and Pet Journey™ are proprietary names and trademarks of Evermore Journeys.
Unless permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the Evermore Journeys™ system, website, software, products, or branding.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Evermore Journeys™ intellectual property to you.
Production begins only after payment has been received and all required approvals have been completed.
Estimated production and shipping times are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during shipping, please contact Evermore Journeys™ promptly.
Because Memory Markers™ are custom-made, orders become non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Replacement of lost Memory Markers is available at Evermore Journeys' discretion and may be subject to replacement and shipping fees.
Evermore Journeys™ is committed to maintaining its products and digital platform with care.
Although we intend for Journey Pages™ to remain available for the long term, no online platform can guarantee uninterrupted or perpetual availability.
If significant changes affecting the service become necessary, Evermore Journeys™ will make reasonable efforts to notify Journey Owners and communicate any available options.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evermore Journeys™ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Evermore Journeys™ may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of Evermore Journeys™ after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Evermore Journeys™ regarding your purchase and use of our products and services.
Failure by Evermore Journeys™ to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
The Evermore Journeys™ system is protected by U.S. Utility Patent No. US 12,488,209 B2, entitled Tracker Keepsake System and Method of Use Thereof, issued December 2, 2025.
A corresponding Canadian patent application is currently under examination.
